Birthday person gets a card with the picture of the painting on it for everyone to sign and gets to wear a special birthday apron that they can sign. Come early and decorate as you like.  
Bring your cake, food and drinks and spend quality time with your guests. 

There are several packages to choose from to meet your needs. 

Pdf flyer is on this page to download and pictures below to choose from. Some packages allow you to choose two pictures and  I can also paint a special one for your theme for an extra fee.  Prices depends on time,  size and difficulty of painting.
